Can anyone confirm there will be a decent amount of shade? I went to the Endless meet (local shop) Saturday on Elder Creek and Elk Grove florin...hot as hell and barely any shade...rather not go to one of those again

 

how was the endless meet? i was gonna go since it was down the street but got caught up doin other crap...

By what I was told it was supposed to be mainly a honda meet..but I did see some toyota's and a few nissans...it was hella hot too...it a nice big lot with hardly any shade

 

that sucks if its at the same park as the first one there is shade parking but you gotta be there by 11:30

 

Meet was cool..

Its never a Honda meet, thats just the main cars who show up. Had plenty of variety though and as usual I represented the rotaries by being VIP'd up front.

Small word of warning: this neighborhood is connected with a police station. Any bad decisions as far as driving is concerned will be heard by the cops.



For those that are unaware, it takes a decent amount of money to reserve one of these spots in any Sacramento area park. Please, if you guys can spare anything, any donations will go toward this meet and the next. Any extra will go toward food/drink for future meets as well. Donations will be accepted via Paypal or at the meet.



I'll give an update on the vinyls, too. The last of the colors were finally recieved at Lab17, so we're just waiting for them to get cut and sent to me. Should be here in plenty of time for the meet.



I'll see you guys there! If anybody local needs a ride, let me know and we'll make it happen! Keep your fingers crossed that Kelly's 4-door will be there this time. We're still sweating on it!

Hey, figured I'd drop in the day before the meet and let everyone know what's up.

Stickers are in my hands, and you can find pictures on the Zilvia thread (I'm too lazy to post them up here, sorry fellas!). Pink has been in high demand, so I've only got 3 left (didn't even take one for myself yet!!). If anybody wants to meet me BEFORE the meet, you can secure a sticker then, otherwise I'll be out of them sooner than later at the BBQ.

There's tons of shade. The place we reserved is covered and has a few BBQ pits in it.

We don't really need steak, but I DO HAVE A QUICK REQUEST!! We need someone to show up earlier with me and Kait and Kelly to bring charcoal, dogs and burgers. I don't want to have people showing up with nothing to cook. I'd do it myself, but sadly I'm broke as a joke until Monday!!

I know it's asking a lot to show up an hour before the scheduled start of an event, but there might be a sticker involved as payment for your right-doing! Please text me or call me if you want to RSVP as "that guy," and we'll get ya all sorted out!

well im bringing the damn hot dogs and buns but im not going to feed the entire meet with 2 packs of dogs

 

i will bring charcoal and burgers, im taking a few freinds so we will stop by the grocery store and get some. if we bbq like we always do... we should have enough

 

cool ill see you there since you say your bringing charcoal you might want to try to be there around the beginning so people can start the cooking before everyone goes wheres the person with the charcoal
