Holy Christ, is that THE 996TT? The one that also spanked a procharged corvette and an R1 (but lost to a POS big block+200 shot Nova)? If so, your car is F*CKING FAST. Were you all motor in this video? That said, what's done to your LS2?

That is the same 996tt that beat the Vette and alot of other 9 sec cars in the bay area.

My ls2 has been strocked out to a 402
cam, ported heads, 4" intake
Motor makes 507rwhp 489rwtq on the motor
I was on a 75 shot when I raced the 996tt

I wonder if this car is faster than a 29 Ford.

When we used it on payne's car we used a heat gun and aside from a little paint cracking on the inside of the fender (can't see) it turned out really nice.

its called putting heat near the fender so it softens up the paint.
learned my lesson...rolled my ****...crack the paint...
heat gun is your friend when it comes to fender rolling
(unless your cars fender is already a pos)

Bee-

Do you want me to get it back to you tonight or tomorrow? If its going to Mike or John, they could come to the weekly norcal-ls1 meeting in Milpitas on Thursday and I can give it directly to them, saves them 30+ miles of driving. I can also buy you dinner if you come out to say sorry about the whole fiasco

I borrowed a heat gun from another norcal-ls1 member, but they are like $10 at harbor freight.

Even with the heat, I put small cracks on the inside (where I actually rolled) but the outside was fine.
