Try your Mazda Dealer. I remember seeing those things as the backing for the license plate holder they sell.

 

A member on the forum used to sell these. I don't know if he still does, but you can try giving him a PM. I think his forum name was Spiritrex7 but I'm not sure, I can't remember. I bought 2 from the guy who sold them and they're great.
