Running rich

okay, so i want your guys opinions on why my car runs rich and what could be the problem of my car not firing over...
first, i have changed the injectors and the fuel filter and every time i turn it over you can still smell her running rich causing the engine to flood.
all opinions and advice will be appreciated.

Check for spark on all the coils/plugs, also the water temp sender on the back of the tstat housing, I think it is green. If it is broke fucked up **** happends such as running rich...
