i searched for it... but all i got was random threads that didnt really have anything to do with my search..... anyway... so i live in Glendale, CA and i wanted to know if there were and shops or mechanics that acually know how to deal with FD rx7s or rotarys. do you guys no any shops around Glendale/Pasadena/Burbank/LA????

 

sorry, there aren't any shops in southern california that work on rotaries. and we don't have this same thread twice a week

J & G Automotive is my recommendation... His work is excellent. btw i have the Chaste White rx7 and i live in La Crescenta/Glendale area, if you were wondering.

Yeah, he is good for any type of mechanical work on a rotary. He has a couple of FD's at the shop now. One he just built the motor on, and another he is doing all kinds of suspension, and general mechancial work to.

If by tune, you mean general maintance, then yes he will do good work, but he does not do ECU tuning, if that is what you are referring to.

He has done work on several of my rotaries, and has always done good work. Best yet, he will not rape you on the price.
