Recomendations for Nor-Cal Towing

Does anybody have a tow service they can recommend that will give me a deal.

I'm looking at $500 for a 60 mile tow which is completely ridiculous.

loll, get a tow-bar and do it yourself? You could also get AAA as well...

Thanks guys, I had to take care of this on the 26th and ended up using AAA. I was trying not to use them as I only had one tow left this year.

Just as a side note. AAA does not like towing unregistered cars, yes even on flat beds. They call it a convenience tow and its basically up to the responding driver and his company whether you are getting towed or not. The driver I talked to said they are really trying to tighten their belt because they are loosing money on the roadside assistance program. Really they only want to tow broken cars on the side of the road to nearby shops.
