Rebuild, finally

Hey everyone, I just saved up the money to get my car rebuilt, it's been down for 6 months with a blown coolant seal. I was just wondering if anyone had any input on where to go to get it done, and what I should have taken care of while the engine is torn down. I'm leaning toward Rick's Rotary Performance, as I've had some work done there in the past and was very satisfied. Is there anywhere else in the area I should even consider?
