HAHA, this is where those translation sites don't do justice to the actual meaning of the word. Usually, in Japanese, "genki" means fine or healthy. For instance, if you want to ask somebody "how are you?", in Japanese it would be "o genki desu ka?" Which literally translates to "are you fine/healthy?"
BUT, in the case of RE Amemiya's "Genki 7", "genki" takes on more of a deeper meaning which can be most closely equated to "strong inner spirit" or something like that in English.
