then I got tired of that of the gas mileage and went back to Honda

wow you really have a DA? is your one piece glass or plastic?

I only owned two cars prior to buying my SA:

First car: Dad's old 1970 Ford LTD 2-door. 390CI:

Second car: 1973 Plymouth Satellite 4-door (no pic handy)

Between the Satellite and the buying the SA, I rode a Honda Helix for a couple years. A chance encounter with a lawnchair on the 405 convinced me that commuting by two-wheeler was not a long-term survival choice.

No pics as well. But first car was a 64 1/2 Mustang, 289, Fire Engine Red with white interior. Wish I still had it.
Then a pos Mustang II
Then a Fiat 124 Spider. Two actually, totaled the first one.

Than I was introduced to my 79 RX7, and haven't looked back.

only pic i still have is my '69 elcamino. bored and stroked 383 with 400WHP. it was between it and the 7, the 7 is newer and nicer and gets better gas mileage. i've had too many other cars but i still miss the camino. my old '90 s-10 on 9" lift beside it that i sold for $9k, i only got 3.5k for the elcamino and the short block cost more than that to build.

anyways here's the list in order:

'87 YSR 50 that i traded for v
'85 Ford ranger
'92 FZR600
'90 chevy s-10 4X4 ext cab
'69 elcamino
'87 RX7 T2(still my baby)*
'89 GSXR 750
'00 Ducati 900 Supersport*
'70 Datsun 510 4 door
'90 Ford F250 4X4*
'89 RX7 GXL*
'87 RX7 SE 4 lug
'82 RX7 GSL with T2 conversion (customer lien, shell is currently for sale)*
'74 REPU (being restored)*

* vehicles i still own

85 Toyota Camry Estate - loved that car, everything worked, damn old asian lady turned left in front of me...
96 Pontiac Grand AM - totalled
83 Toyota Celica - broke down and got junked after 3 years of service
86 Sport - gave to my brother
87 TII - Friends call it the Chino-rocket
87 Base - Sold to tight pants
89 Jeep Comanche - rock toy and parts hauler

Mom had a datsun 210 sedan back in the day, then moved to a 90 something silverado that was lowered and all gangstered out. After that she got an 80's chevy van (like the a-team one), friends called it the aircraft carrier.

1987 Mazda RX-7 -- First car I've owned (as in the parents couldn't get rid of it without me. ). Crash course in FSM wiring diagrams and cooling systems. Junked but kept the engine and wiring.
http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c3...DriverSide.jpg

1987 Honda Prelude, Dual Carb "Putt Putt"-- Bought off a friend, who taught me the basics of driving stick with it. Learned to engine brake when I put off a brake pad change for too long (from squeaky-squeaky to crunchy-crunchy brakes). Sold it to keep the '88.

1988 RX-7 -- Current ride.

My first car was a land yacht 300zx 2+2

spent way too much time and money than I should have on this boat anchor but I guess it was a learning experience...

oh ya here's my old yellow miata too

and finally my current car...

definitely happiest with the FD by far
