Thanks, but that's just the prototype; the final version (now on the bench) will have a much better finish, and I'll shave the mirror switch just a bit so it fits within the raised rim area of the bracket.
The mount is hand-cast polyurethane, made from a mold I took from the mirror bracket from a '79 LS, loaned to me by a gent in Alaska. Originals are made of pure unobtanium, these days.

Ya I know the rims look like garbage, they look even worse as you get closer! lol I didnt do that, this was the previous owner. I was thinking about powder coating either black or gun metal, but im leaning more toward gun metal, because I think it would have a cleaner stock look, and it has some color to it, what do you guys think?

I think silver would look best, and your FD looks great! Get some ducts for that front lip and it'll be even more complete.
