poor dyno day

hey guys i got a problem took my car to the dyno, and she lean out real bad after 7k. she made power between 2 to 7k and after 7k she lean out bad all the power drop. the a/f was around 15 to 15 1/2 we thought that was a bit high when i ask around they said it should be @ 12 to 12 1/2. with this set up she did 165 whp. on a dyno pac dyno.
heres the set up.
13b 6 port n/a standar Bridge Port
2 msd 6a boxes
2 msd coil blaster 2 coils
48 weber ida
43 mm venturis
f11 tubes
210 mains
150 air
70 idle
300 needle.
i though that was bad for fo a bp motor

so my a friend that came with me he's real good with webers and he knows how to work the dyno. he did a couple of changes. being that i got **** that the car was not running as good as we wanted too. lacking in jest an tools. he bump the fuel to a 230. and she started to make power and then it cut out around 77 to 8k, wtf she did 185whp he drop the a/f to 14 a lil better. then before but she still run lean after 8k. wtf he suggested to drop the air the 130 to 140. for next time we go back to the dyno. he said the dyno don't lie and that's the best way to tune a car the right way. i even forgot to grab the dyno paper work.

can anyone help me.

what fuel pump, fpr, fuel pressure are you running?

Did you modify the Weber to hold more fuel in

the bowl area? Get Wacky to help you with that if you haven't..

how do the plugs look after the pulls?
