Thumbs up Police Officer Regulates Ricer Acting Tough @ M&M Meet

At the local M&M Donut shop car meet here in Anaheim, alot immature kids are starting to show up, acting tough, acting stupid, doing burnouts up and down the Katella, a busy street, and inside the parking lot. Here is one incident that took the cake and was caught on video.

NSFW Language
What NOT to do at the M&M Meets on Vimeo

Some quick Cliffnotes

1. Guy accuses another guy of possessing his stolen rims and wants to confront him.
2. Guy detained by officer in parking lot
3. Guy Told off the cop, gives his license
4. Gets back in his car and sped off BEFORE even getting his license back, doing a quick little burnout for 50 feet, which was a impound-able offense (exhibition of speed/wreckless driving)
5. Guy was still acting all hard and defiant for a bit afterwards

Luckily for them, this isn't Irvine or Huntington Beach PD where they have ZERO tolerance for this and did not get their car impounded.

Cop was chill with everyone else and didn't harass anyone else for no front-plate, exhausts, or whatever other vehicular code violations =D

Wow bunch of retards, what did the driver think was going to happen when he sped off like that? The cop should of pepper sprayed them both lol.

Oh, I'm guessing the address on his license may get an official visit, eventually.

Evolution does need elbow room, but there is such a thing as making it a little too easy down at the shallow end of the gene pool.

I think he was the perfect amount of professional. They deal with a lot of **** out in the field, and they need to let people know they are serious before they get physical. The civic driver is lucky he didnt get hood pinned and thrown on the ground for his bullshit burnout. Burning out in a crowded parking lot... stupid.

Fun video.

Why was the guy originally pulled over?

The cameraman should have recorded more, what the heck.

Lucky he didn't wind up needing a flashlightectomy... Cops have gotten soft since I was a kid.

I think since it was private property the cop can't really do anything right?

There's only one place for rice, and that's in a bowl.

he probably had his cams adjusted so that vtec kicks in instantly, which explains why its soo hard not take off without a peel out with all that torque, can't blame him

Never a safe assumption; Private property (as in YOUR privte property) limits the law's ability to cite some moving infractions, unless the property owner has posted signs with regard to CVC being enforced, and has granted local law permission to do so via an easement, which many commercial centers (and some HOAs) do.

But there are a number of things that can be enforced private property or no, and reckless endangerment is for sure one of them, as are disturbing the peace and trespass.
