Pissed off rant!!!
So I'm driving home from Arby's earlier, when this kid out of nowhere gets on my *** and starts flashing his high beams at me. I really don't pay any attention and continue driving than he gets in the lane next to me and revs his engine, it was some gay Civic with a bunch of kids in it. Next thing ya know he swerves into my lane I move also than speed up a bit. I drive past a yellow light and so does the Civic at this point I've had it with him and I pull into a Circle K. HERE IS THE BEST PART a police car pulls him over I say good get that ******* off the street but one comes right to my car and asks for my information. They ask me what happened and I go into detail about the whole thing, they come back a half an hour later and write me a ticket for criminal speeding? I ask why? The officer tells me because I was street racing, I told him there is no way possible for me to do that because I'm holding a big *** cup of soda and have to hold the steering wheel and shift. So he blows that off I'm kinda pissed because 1. I wasn't street racing and 2. There is no way in hell I was going 80+ maybe 55 so I ask for his supervisors contact information. OH MAN did this **** him off he tells me if you want to go that route I can just book you now and tow your car! I just nod my head and say screw it give me my ticket I'll fight this in court. THERE I'M DONE THANKS FOR READING OH YA I DRIVE A STOCK 93 TOURING FD. IS there really anything I could've asked the cop for without offending him; about the ticket, how he knew I was going that fast, and to speak with his supervisor?

This should be an easy ticket to get out of in my opinion. There is no way they can verify there story they are writing tickekts of of stories. One law I know is you cant self incriminate yourself, your not going to testify to yourself and if they wrote you the ticket because of your story you shouldnt worry about it. You should have his badge number, but if you take it to court he has to be there anyways, and if he doesnt show up then the charges get dropped anyways. Good luck shift situation.

mykq getting pissed off, Threating and arguing with the cop pretty much makes it a 100% chance of you getting a ticket.
I would bet that although you didn't say it, when you got pulled over you probably were pretty belligerent about it. I doubt you said, " yes sir", "no sir", "can I explain sir?"
That is the only way you were going to get out of it. Being sickening polite and doing everything exactly how the cops wanted. You didn't and were probably lucky you didn't loose your car.

So, if I tell the a police officer it wasn't the Butler that shot Mr. Holmes dog. I shot Mr. Holmes dog because it humped and dumped my pure bred Cocker Spaniel. And because I confessed, I'm safe from prosecution?
Damn, I'm glad to know that.
My friend. When it gets into court it will be the cops word against his. And the judge, unfair as it may be, will give most credit to the cop since he is an "expert" witness.
Seriously, you still can get some mileage with the cops watch commander. Call the station and request an appointment with the watch commander and the officer at the police station. Recite everything that happened (you might want to take some note while the incident is still fresh in your head). Last time I did that, and showed the cop was SO out of line, that watch commander coached me through getting the ticket dismissed in court. Very satisfying when that cop lost and he KNEW why.

The only time I talked to the officer was when he was giving me a ticket, I gave them all of my information and stood in my car. I stood in there for about half an hour he can to me and said I'm writing you a ticket for speeding and no insurance(which I have and showed him?)my jaw dropped, I'll admit after I told him my half he blew me off than I asked for his supervisor, than after he threatened jail time+towing I shut the hell up and said yes sir lol!!! And to answer I'm looking at the ticket now under Rader/Laser nothing is checked A.C reading it's crossed out...and under alleged it says 80+. I'll be sure to call and talk with someone not to try to get out of it just to let them know how I was treated because I was not asked one question but do you know the people in the other car.
