pimp my ride....

was sitting in my dorm room thinking about my rearended FC. when one of my friends who just heard the news suggests to submit my car into "Pimp my ride"

i was wondering what the odds were to being accepted.. even though i'd hate to see them RICE an rx-7.. (i'd just be removing the TV's, unchroming the rims, and repainting to a solid color.)

but what inticed me most was .... they'd probably drop in a new motor. which wishfully would be a 20b /13brew/ or LS1. haha.

they've done 240's. so i hope they take a more unique car

...
side note. and yes. i'd flame myself for even considering to going to "chrome and flames" .

i just miss my FC

Tell them to put in a fishtank .....one of the local highschoolers got accepted and they put a fishtank in his

DO IT! And then sell it, of course, cause everything they touch comes out looking like crap.

The only thing that would suck would be having a clip of you pretending to be stoked about your riced 7 broadcasted to the world....

i have never seen them touch the engine on the show, all they do is cosmetic stuff like metallic paint and spinner wheels which would look retarded as hell on a sports car. maybe that is why they never do sports.. keep dreaming.

I think 1 or 2 of the cars got new or rebuilt engines, but they where close to stock. They did thinngs like exhaust and intake. My friend owned the Orange Ranger for a while (not the owner when the car got um pimped. They put a shitty edelbrock airfilter on it and an engine dress up kit, and threw out the stock air filter. Of course the car wouldn't pass smog without the stock part.

You should just "JUNK IT" and end it. Start fresh.

A friend of mine's submitted his car. They like the car, meaning it looked crappy, but my friend didn't come off on the tv too well. No personality = no show.

lol.. hmm my 7 is already JUNK :[.
"total loss" since 2 weeks ago. the story is in the "kill section". damn hit n runners.

haha thats why i wanna submit it. i wouldnt mind getting a big block to rip out :p. but if they gave me a scion i'd be pissed as **** (but they'd make me act RICER and happy about it).

oh it will be junked soon after i rip off the parts i need to make my pending s5 tII, perfect. haha. if anyone needs like doors/moldings/hatch/mirrors/ and what not. you name it, and we can sort out deals

I'd be happy to get a scion. Cause you can sell that **** and make a goodly amount of free money.

A stock Tc is still better than a riced-out anything.

id rather keep it small like a chevy 350 small block. keep the weight down. but big block would scream and be way awsome.

do they do BIG project body work though? theres a chunk missing out of the rear of the car, but it still runs quick seeing how it can top out the limiter still.

i'd go with a big block, since the small block wont be able to handle ne way haha.
