And our special guest today is.......Dave!!!
Hey i work over at RRR and this wednesday i got to see a familiar face when i got to the shop. Dave aka Guitarjunkie was there to help out with setting up a FC with the Haltech system. Then as a added bonus we let him dyno his car.

if it was the yellow one, i did what i was told as far as placement, but there's enough lead wire to move them. and even if there isn't enough, i can always lengthen the harness and put the coils wherever you want. find a time when the 3 of us can talk, and maybe meet up down there and we'll go over it.
as far as connection, my craptop decided it doesn't like e6x's anymore for god-only-knows what reason. once i find a way to make it work again, i'll be able to get your setup done and fire it up.

nothing special except the negative split. yes, i was going grandma mode, so don't think i was doing the burnouts on that tank of gas
if you wanna see my map i can upload it and email it to you, but it's nothing special. starts out at about 30* leading timing, then ramps up to 32* at zero vacuum. meanwhile, there's a -18 split, so the trailing plugs are firing at about 48*, then it ramps down to zero @ zero. total advance just goes from 48 to 32 @ 0, but the split is all over the place.
other than that, about high 15's/low 16's on the afr's and it's good to go. also, building a nice and tight motor helps out with gas milage tremendously. my fd is 3050 lbs with a full tank of gas and me in it...it's not too light on its feet.
