Hell, I'll help you whip his ***. Anyway, I bought some injectors, 3 just in case. I still need the AFM, and getting the tranny is no problem, just putting it all back together is the real problem.

the project is going very smoothly...i'm just so busy working on everyone else's cars, i only get to poke around with it for an hour or two every couple of days...but i cheated and got most of the porting done today.

 

Here's some advanced warning, Sunday July 24th is the next autocross at Fontana Speedway. It'll probably be hot, so anyone who's thinking about coming should be sure their cooling system is in good shape.

Except the Renesis people. The RX-8 doesn't have cooling problems, does it?

the o nly sign of bad cooling i have found on the renesis is two meets ago when we all were sitting at my house, every single 8 had its fan funning for quite a while after we got out. but that does not exactly mean that its poor cooling, just means it was warmer then usual. (during the winter i never once heard the fan. i didnt even know you could hear it on an 8 untill summer rolled around.)

 

damn oil leaks oh, and......damn work!! one of these days ill make it out there!!!
man..i tell you cars have feelings.... i left my car up in yucaipa at my new house for two weeks....and when i got in the car, i noticed the entire interior was sticky....wtf..... come to find out a can of soda was left in my car (not by me) and it exploded due to the heat...... i think she was mad at me because i didnt drive her for 2 weeks

Damn, vipers that sig is f@lking great. I saw that and I starting busting up, mainly at how you put your face in the window of your car, that ***** fantastic.

Today at work I made a delivery up in crestline and it seems like a nice drive. The road is not extreme or anything but it is very nice. Just an idea for a drive on one of the next meets. Maybe even have a small picnic up at the lake. Anyway just a suggestion. One good thing about the 18 is its 4 lanes so you can always pass someone up and not get stuck behind slow cars.

 

ok everyone, not to over shadow the meet coming up NEXT weekend (the 9th) but i do want to ask some of you to come out to California speedway on July 23rd. they are having an auto cross day in the parking lot. scotty305 and myself will be there.
Vipers we need to get your car leak proof by then, i know you would have a lot of fun out there. anyone else intersted is welcome to come also. just let myself or scotty305 know.

anyways, cool Zero, keep that in mind. we will have to do that run for sure some time.
