okay when i first got the car, it was fine worked perfectly.. (sorta) anyways my transmission broke.. i got a new one and i had it put in and everything.. and this was like 1-2 months ago.. dont remember... ever since i got the transmission fixed my oil pressure gauge is either broken, or something is really wrong with my car .. its alwasy on 0.. sometimes it goes up to 60 or between 60 and 30.. but mostly its at 0.. how the hell do you fix this problem? and what does it mean.. cause i seriously dont know and its bugging me now, cause its been on 0 for the past 2 weeks.. straight.. and this car is my DD.. so i need to know how to fix it!

 

my oil pressure gauge hasnt worked since the day i got it two years ago. and its my dd. car runs fine. i should probly fix it tho

 

well first check you oil level..cause it cant have pressure with no oil in it, which will cost you your engine at the worst. and nobody want's that..also it might be your oil pressure sender that is going out..easy fix. OR it might be the wire that goes to the sender..check that first cause it might just be a bad connection..i have the stock oil pressure gauge and a autometer aftermarket oil pressure gauge..good stuff.
