Here we go again, boys and girls.
I'm back after a hiatus from rolling south on the annual SS trip.
For those that have been in my caravans in the past, it's pretty much the same except for a deviation onto the 138 and then to the 14 into Lancaster.
We'll be meeting at the usual Tracy rest stop between 7 and 7:30 AM.
From there, we'll cruise to Kettleman City for a quick bite and refueling.
Then we'll continue on to the base of the Grapevine and stop one final time to let the cars cool and to grab refreshments before trekking up the engine-killer hill (I've blown an engine going up the grapevine before. Not fun.).
We'll go east on the 138 then hit the 14.

anyways, are you guys planning to leave on saturday morning? what time does SS start and ends? this would be my first time going and i can't find the time. i'll prob grab a hotel and leave on sunday morning, anyone else grabbing one?
