Broken Yolk Cafe in SD is one of the best breakfast spots I have ever been to.

No way no how. I've been there probably 6x, the last 5x were against my will. The place if filthy, there's always **** all over the place and the restrooms are disgusting. Next time you're down here I can point you to a much better joint in OB that looks out at the pier and is across the street from the Ocean.

 

SoCal sucks.

 

Maybe it's gone downhill. I was only there once and it was over 5 years ago. I just remember the food kicking some serious ***. I would for sure check out the place you are talking about though.

It's been forever since I was last there, I directed another club member there and he and his wife/girlfriend loved it. Best french toast...sourdough bread. Freakin' awesome!

 

i wonder where "where do YOU live?" is...

 

In North San Diego, try China Fun in Carmel Mountian Ranch. It's east of 15 on Carmel Mount Road exit. It's just off 15 iin the same shopping center as Marie Callenders and Borders. Hands down the best Chinese I've ever had.

Accross Carmel Mountain Road from there Cafe Luna (behind Oilve Garden). Nice quiet upscale Italian place with very good food.

 

haha i live on ynez, the cross-street of kt cafe =DDD and yes i am asian like all the others in monterey park

 

I actually went to the JJ cafe across the street from KT, and I didn't like it. I got the beef stew soup, and it was no good, tasteless......
