Im fed up with my boss. Found out he has a thing out for mah pops. So he's been takin it out on me. Was supposed to go to training for a new system last month, two weeks ago, and last tuesday, but he "forgot" to sign me up. So when I started trying to figure out the system and get work done, the regional director got on my case about not knowing what I was doing

Ima GSO (graphic systems operator). Basically I put numbers and material into a computer. All day. Erryday.

Hell ya this **** gets old... it's extremely repetitive... but the people here are the worst. I'm 19, the youngest guy besides me is 38. It's like a 40 year old high school with double the back-biting and drama.

These people will do anything to get ahead, and get anyone with potential to take their or any other positions out.

 

Older folks are always threatened by young 'uns unless they (the ole folk) have made substantial contributions to the company's income. And sometimes even then...
