Buy two fuses, Check your grounds (make sure all ground/power cables are secure and attached to what they're supposed to be) replace fuse, install battery, and check and try again.
If your just getting clicks and and engine not turning over, make sure you battery atttachments to battery are clean and tight (may need to clean with a small wire brush inside clamp holes)
(also did you replace components without disconnecting battery???)

I've checked all my main powers and grounds. All good. Still just getting a click. Also tried to jump the new battery no go. Put the battery in my other car and it fired right up. Still can't figure it out...

Sounds like high resistance in the cable. Go get a high quality positive lead from the battery to the starter. I bet your problem will be too much resistance. I have had that problem before. The cable was all green inside from years of corrosion and wouldn't let any power through it. Swapped it out and viola!!!

The cables are less than a year old. Had that problem before. But I just took the spark plugs out and the tips are black and wet. What could this mean. I did have a high temp right before I shut it off last time I drove it...

How hot did it get?
Can you turn the engine over by hand?
Have you tried hot wiring the starter with a remote starter switch of some kind or the cheap way by using a screw driver to arc the posts to get the starter to turn if you don't have a way to turn the engine by hand?
Did you put the positive cables on the right posts of the starter when you put the new one in? Putting the starter positive cable on incorrectly could blow your 100 amp fuse.
If wiring is correct then I would suspect a seized engine.... hopefully that isn't the case though....
The starter not turning but the constant attempt to get it to turn over can pop that main fuse due to the starter asking for a lot of amps to try to crank a seized engine.
You still live way out in Natomas?
