not AGAIN

I got pulled over again by another one of Sac's finest, does anyone know what crawled up the SPD's butts to bust down on my car and probably countless others? Some sort of fund or something like that?

yup

i kind of knew it was coming which is why i added the extra muffler to my car but i still have to drive moderately through sac to keep the noise level down.

let me know if you want me to try and stuff a Borla XR1 under there, i know... i hated chopping my brand new exhaust up to fit it too but it had to be done..

I am not cuttin' up the apexi exhaust, I'll just throw the cat and leave the butt plug in and might sell the exhaust and look at the Borla exhaust

was the cop just an ******* or what though? did you show him the previous ticket which it hadn't been taken in for yet? that is pretty rediculous... i don't think they have any ground on the second one if they try to pull a fine off for it.

There also was another woman killed by idiot street racers not too long ago in Sacramento involving a black RX-7.

well, yea, the second time I got pulled over, he wanted to fine me, but didn't since I already had a ticket for the exhaust and I set up an appointment. But yea, it's gettin' ridiculous right now as far as busting down. I honestly think it should go on the basis of if I were speeding around pull me over and bust me on the exhaust, not if I were just putting around at the speed limit deal.

It seems to me that the whole state is cracking down.

I hardly ever get speeding tickets and I had not changed my driving habits (now I did lol) but I managed to get pulled over 3 times this year!! Either I was lucky in the past 7 years or the cops are cracking the whip. Lucky for me the outcome of my 3 tickets was only one point on my record. Now I'm always at or below 65, (**** that I ain't getting another ticket).

I had a brush with the law on Saturday going back to the Bay from Karacks.

I was following an Inifity or Nissan, wasn't sure and then I noticed this CHP behind me, he kind of just flashed his high beams but hell I didn't know what to do I'd never been pulled over before so I got on the shoulder and he pulled the Nissan over and wrote him a ticket or something and I was still just chilling there on the shoulder waiting. Finally he backed his car up and came up to me.

Officer: "Whats up?"
Me: "Oh not much."
O: "Why are you pulled over?"
M: "I thought you pulled me over."
O: "Why would I pull you over?"
M: "I was going kind of fast there."
O: "Well he was going a little faster than you were, you were going 83 and he was going 86 so I pulled him over."

He looked at my ID card (I left my DL at the DMV when I non-opped my FB, doh!) and asked if I'd drinken anything, had me follow his pen with my eyes and said cos I was so honest he was just going to warn me and said "Have a good night" and let me be. I don't think I've ridden the speedlimit with cruise control for so long in my life ever. =P

well I just put the cat on and going to run the butt plug in the exhaust, so I think it'll pass that 95 Db deal.
