I have a a Cobra walkie talkie. I'll take that one. I like to be there about and hour early or a little more so if they need any more help we can help out.

I guess ill will be meeting the marysville/yuba guys at mcdonald then.

Ill figure out the times as when to meet up. Is it ok with you guys if w tried to get there an hour early.

Count me in one way or another. I will be bringing my REPU that is currently at Ben's, talked to him recently and he is aiming to be bringing the red repu also. I am not sure how well I can keep up since the aim of my truck is 100% original and therefore stock, smeagle said he had a hard time keeping up last year in his rx2.

So it may be like this as you guys fly by. LOL

I am checking on what I can do hotel wise, but I dont work for the same company as last year so the Candlewood is pretty much out. There is one in Buena park about 20 miles out I might be able to get a cherry deal on.

Yeah, I will be coming back to Oroville the week before 7stock. Will be nice to get out of the desert for a few days. This having NO water around is hard to get used to. Lake Mead is just sad.

It feels good to be down to 5 projects, Smeagle and I were really getting out of hand there for your awhile . Problem is that owning them is a much bigger challenge then buying them.

Alright guys, we all know that caravans are the ****! Im thinking we can meet where we used to always meet! The high school parking lot on truxel. That always seemed like a good place to meet up, and then meet up with more people at the rest stop farther down 80.

I can also print out some maps. so we are all on the same route, and so nobody gets lost... cause that sucks.. lol

ok so were all meeting up on truxel and 80 some time in the moring around 9ish no time yet is set. so for anyone thats down thats where its happening.

and *** for the repu's i dont think it will be that bad im sure will probly just do the speed limit no need to rush.. just enjoy the ride

Sounds good. I like to enjoy the ride especially while in a caravan. Just do speed limit is find. I know we are going to catch people attention along the way so dont want to speed that much.

Hey guys, sorry to come into this thread but for the past rotary fest, I setup a place at McCarthy Ranch and it was really easy for everyone to meet there. There is a gas station right before getting on the freeway and the parking lot is huge. You can get gas and food right there before the trip.

Anyways, here was the thread I made when I organized the caravan, maybe want to do that spot again?

https://www.rx7club.com/west-rx-7-forum-193/rotary-fest-south-bay-caravan-thread-545528/

P.S. Hopefully I'll be there that is if my FD doesn't get sold today. Last year the turnout was great!

I got bad news. I might not be able to go after all. I was at karack eariler today and found out that i had a coolent leak in my rear rotor. I'll try to get it fix by then. The chance of me going now is 30/70.
