you sort of get used to it but at the same time it burns at you, this flat rate system we have now is another way for employers to suck their employees dry and a lot of employers are not doing legal business practices, partly unkowingly because they don't know the laws and partly because they know we can't afford to hire an attorney to sue. IMO, i see a class action lawsuit coming in the future against many dealers and many manufacturers.

personally though, i'm not one to take **** from anyone and to be in this business you have to take a lot of **** from a lot of people. i know i am above it and is why i am determined to make my business work.

basically that is what stresses me out. just the simple fact that your earnings are based on how much money you can squeeze out of the customer doesnt exactly bring warm, fuzzy feelings to me. i mean i know im an @$$, but this is just one big low blow. i just dont think i'm vicious enough to be somebody else's employ. not to mention flat rate sucks...
