Well, I think we need a couple of things to happen first.

1. get a list going. Like the sign up list for the first meet

2. Get a price quote. How much will it cost to make and compensation for the artist.

3. get the money together in an orderly fashion and pass them out at the next meet.

any thoughts? edits? suggestions? or complaints?

Let's discuss it and then make a new thread about it.

 

Im down for whatevers. Just find out how much it would make to cost and let me know.

I need to know the date before I commit, because I don't want to conflict with autocross. So, the scheduled date needs to be not on a Sunday that SFR is doing autocross. I am 99% certain that I will go if it doesn't.

Rates are as follows:

Saturday

Grand Prix (the most popular) - 10 minute practice, take a 10 minute break, you then go back for 5 minutes of qualifying, line up on a grid for a 15 minute race to cross the finish line first! If you have over 10 people, we will run your group back to back. This means, while the first group is doing the practice session, the second group or third will be watching the safety video. While the first group is taking the break the second group is doing their practice session. The first group will then do qualifying and then their race. The second group will follow and 3rd group if you have 30 people.

$50 - $60 per person


Sunday

Super Grand Prix - 15 minute practice, take a 10 minute break, then go back for 5 minutes are qualifying, line up on a grid for a 15 minute race to cross the finish line first!

$75 per person ($65pp for Happy Hour)

 

you're lucky I like you guys, I just cleared up the second weekend so I can make it to the meet.


I think Lemans charges 65 but I don't know if they have group discounts/rates.

 

For the race, can we do like a competition thing? top 10 qualifiers in the 1st group, 11-20 2nd group, 21-30 for the last group

 

depends on how many ppl show up.
