Nor Cal 7's July Meeting Sac/Stockton/Modesto Area

Hey guys I figured since the auto x is obviously not the most popular place for a meeting I say we have one meeting and then whoever wants to go to the auto x can. I'll be there. So what do you guys (and girls) want to do besides auto x?

Drag strips = lots of broken parts if you launch right.

Anyway, you guys have fun at the meet and be sure to keep me updated with what's going on.

it's not the car that makes the driver it's the driver that makes the car. C'mon now.

still working on my smog, hopefully our smog tech can find some time to actually put my car on the sniffer tomorrow so i can finally do the swap and start on my FMIC...

we'll get you some boost soon enough.

in the meantime, got any leads on an SAFC? with the free flowing exhaust on your car now i would like to have a little extra fuel added for safety, we don't want to pop your new motor.

I got a bolt on that 2nd ary turbo actuator no luck still doesn't boost properly. UMM however there is a vaccuum hose that appears that it needs to be hooked up to the actuator but when I put it on, the car wouldn't boost at all till 4500 rpms, My guess is maybe the lines are wrong somehow. GOnna try and get a better look at it and try to find out which hoses go to where on the vaccuum diagram

I'll take mine off, as soon as a hot and sunny day comes by (I still have to peel mine off the dash) and then it'll be up for grabs.

Bert, mine is for sale if you want it. All you have to do is ask Ben really nice to come and remove it for you. Figure out a decent price and it's yours. I don't have to be in town for you to get the part. Berry will still be here remember?

Bert, check the for sale section and compare prices there for a used SAFC for a good asking price.

I put my car on the smog machine today and was pleasantly surprised, the readings were about 15% of max so i had our smog tech run the test and it passed easily. a new exhaust system and brand new high flow cat can do wonders for emissions.
