AZ No start after rebuild

Just rebuilt engine using the robinettes simplified vacuum hose diagram. Now the engine "wants" to start.. it cranks, there is spark, there is compression, "looks" like fuel lines connected properly... injectors maybe???? Doesn't seem like it is flooded... pulled spark plug out which is very clean and provides excellent amount of spark.

Any suggestions?

Located in Tempe, if anyone would be willing to come look at it or provide advice via phone please call #224 856 0286. I have a fridge packed with beer!

get automaic transmission fluid and pour some down the intake runners on ur lower manifold, this should help build compression o get ur engine fired up

"looks like fuel line's are connected right"?? you might want to inspect that a little more. also make sure your afm/tps are connected properly and there are no leaks in the intake system..and if you used brand new apex seal's after you get it started rev it up a bit high so the corner seal's break off..if you think its the injector's, did you get them serviced? or did you just reuse them? was the timing set right? are the plug wire's connected right? im sure there's more that you have to check but this is all i can think of off the top of my head.

i say check if your fuel lines are reversed. it's a common mistake.

We got the car push started and it runs great! The only problem now is it will only run when push started... the starter just cranks but no combustion..

what solenoids (like isc?) would i have to look into???
