For the next meet I was thinking of having a dinner for Ben cause he's gonna be leaving us NorCal folk and then maybe another cruise for the next month at Del Puerto Canyon.

Del Puerto is way far from the bay. That's like a hour drive from the city

No. Trust me I'm all for it cuz it's hella close to me lol, BUT the road sucks..I went last year and there are no real tight turns...random rocks in the road, dips, etc. So I bottomed out a few times. And! There's this one turn outta the blue that looks way easy, but it turns sharp, has a fat drop, then turns the other way...I understeered, then oversteered, prayed and made it, but the dude behind me went 4 wheeling lol..didn't **** up his car somehow, but still..

Anyone in the Berkeley area wanna chime in on some roads? The path through Del Puerto can be taken in two ways, from Livermore off mines rd. For you peeps that attended the Lake Del Valle meet its around that area. Then the road goes through to Patterson. There is also another way through that leads to San Jose.

In the end the choice is up to the majority though I do think that this should be a March meet just so people can get ready for it and the word can be spread out, also like I said I'd like to have a farewell dinner for the Benster in Feb.

Farewell party/BBQ/garage sale!

We gotta find a way to split up into several groups next cruise so the ones wanting a "fun run" don't get stuck tailing someone unfamiliar with the route.

Yeah I like the idea of splitting up like that but either way I'd like to make sure to keep the pace somewhat slow. It is a cruise in the end and I am all about everyone in the clubs safety as well as those on the road with us.

Yeah we got the "day" but no "date" yet. Whether it ends up at his shop or not I'm going to try to keep this meet towards the north to cut down on his drive time as well as smogsux's ha ha I'll see if I can get a hold of him and see about having a bbq at his shop.

I'm down for a cruise if I can get the day off... My rx-7 needs to stretch her legs from all the sitting she's been doing over the winter... I think her battery died too... I'm tired of my odyssey battery setup and need a full size battery relocation to the drivers side storage bin... Anyone willing to help me out?
