I like it. But then again I like drift cars. If you like dirft cars then thats a good wing. But I mean it's not a cheap wing is it? Real one's are very expensive. Anyway, nice FD, good luck with it.

lol

ok

so its not everyones car indeed

i allready have a very nice FD as well
so
this one is to be out there
RHD was just a fluke each time i got one

i have a FC thats drivable on the street
and the FD has no title so its destine to be a track car
i say drift car because thats what the car looked like in the pics i bought it from
im a road race guy but when the tires get old or too hot i tend to drift
at least the person following me always says so
lol

so this is a good car to go that way with .....i hope
the interior will come out soon and safty equipment will go in

we have just been trying to get it in track able shape
or at least get all the systems working prior to stripping it

surprizing as it is everything works
even the rear wiper and mist function
the jap radio even works

but no title
so off to the track

and a JDM FD like this is worth the same as a car with a salvage title
plus whatever you think JDM is worth..... not too much at all
i belive i have 11 in it so far and its going to take at least 20 to 25 to get it where it needs to be so its a long road

i just wanted to show a friend on tour where we had got
IT MOVES !
IT WAS WASHED !

the cars name is HIRO and it has been an adventure
it will be not to the liking of most but .. oh well
however it is fast
and fun
and a few postigs ago yes my kids think its the coolest car ever
so it resembles what they like as well

be cool

The Japanese can do it. Was Ross Petty blaming the wing? Haha... Did he say side to side stability?

well its a holiday weekend im here at the shop to destroy more

some one posted rims that mathc my odd pair but they are bigger than my original front pair

can you get 18 s under the front of a fd and still drive it hard
it makes tires cost so much i try to stay smaller in rim

so i dont know what fits
the add dosent say off set either

You'd better have some stiff springs in back, because that wing is probably going to make it understeer like a bitch at high speeds.

And its way too gaudy.

Cooldude, it will work depending on the width of the tire/wheel. If it's larger than the wheels on the back, why not just swap the front->back for a staggered setup?

i have 18x9 in back
and had 17x8 in front

new rims found four 18x7

not ideal
i dont think

but 18 will go

Ross Petty's problem is that he is a pathetic excuse for a driver!! I was talking to the mechanics on the Rotary Power team after the D1 in December and they were all saying how pissed off they were because the car was running perfect and Ross can't drive. It was pretty funny hearing them bag on their own boy.

No, I doubt that, this was more than a year ago that I last spoke to Rotary Power, I haven't needed to go back there....

The wing makes for the look he was obviously looking for ( fast ) That car looks fast just sitting there. I would do the same thing my next project is a fc and im going for the (fast look) . I am pondering on getting the re wing and every panel that i can get carbon fiber, This will not be my track car but weekend car ...

So i actually like the looks of his car
