Need tuner in South Riverside/North San Diego that tunes Electromotive TEC3s.

I need a tune is there any reputable shops in southern riverside that is familiar with the tec3. Would like to get a tune before mazfest

Not that many shops know about Electromotive EMS.

I asked Nelson today at RRR and he said he knows how to tune them, but does not prefer that system.
