yes i need someone who could diagnose the problems on my engine its a 88 gtu, it has an idle problem.... idles too high, TPS isnt responding, maybe electrical problem......yup .... and i also need my clutch replaced if anyone can hit me up let me know.....ill reply fast ... i just want my fc back on the road .. i miss it .... so can anyone help me out ....thanxs

have you checked the BAC to see if it is within spec? how do you know the TPS is not responding? How's that banjo bolt doing?

bajo bolt - perfect no leaks from there no more i also need new vaccum hoses and fuel lines some of them are leaky too ..... DT tactics came over my house and checked my car he used the LED light tester and used it in the check engine ports ..... he said the TPS isnt responding and also he said id need new intake gaskets and theres vacum leaks .... and then he told me that the wiring harness was burnt out and the tps inst sending the signal to the cpu ..... he said i was in limp mode.... so maybe ill need a new engine harness? ? oh and my clutch too it slips cuz its burned out

how badly burnt is the harness? a bad tps signal would make the car idle really rough if it ran. did he try to see if tps signals were getting to the ECU?

yes ... he went under the passenger side ... checked if it was get a signal and he said it wasnt ... its not burned but you know its old and brittle ..... the tps well when i turn my car on it does the accelerated startup procces...... 3k then goes to 1500 to 1000 rpms .... up and down but when the car is had ben runnin for like 30 mins it idles fine but not 750 probly 900 rpms .... but yea i also need to register and smog it but i know it wont pass thats why i want to fix it first but what do you think ??

when the idle pulses, it's do to the BAC either being out of spec or a vacuum leak somewhere.
