need some one to help me

I need somebody within surrounding states around Oregon that would be willing to drive to Oregon to help me make my RX7 run right, or I can drive to them. We are very, very limited as to money. Thank you, Keegan.

What kind of problems are you having? We can walk you through most any problem on the boards here. Also, try to search before posting stuff. Theres a ton of info on the boards already.

What do you mean you cant get it to idle? Will it die if it gets below 1500? Will it idle steady but not go below 1500? If it dies below 1500, I bet that you have a vaccuum leak you could suck a cat through, to quote another member. Try turning the idle screw on the intake manifold to see if you can keep it from dying. Once you get it to stay on (even if someone else has to keep it from dying) and spray carb cleaner around to see if the idle evens out. Also, look around to see if theres anything obvious like a missing vac line or something unplugged. Be sure to look behind the engine, too.

Oh, what are the circumstances of this? Was it running and suddenly started messing up? Did you buy it like this? Was it gradual?

Check the tps, it can cause idle issues also. Theres tons of threads around about checking it.
Also, what is done to the car?
