This is quite sad. I heard about the death last week. I know the next heir is the granddaughter, who is planning to take the company public. Which would suck because the quality of the burger might not be the same.

And Fatfree is right, this could be an excellent opportunity if they do go public. I'll buy the hell out of that stock.
