FS: Max fender roller heat gun!

this guy eric rented my part shot max fender roller and kawasaki heat gun yesterday, friday may 14th at about 12pm. he showed up with a friend driver a silver ek hatch civic with some kinda gold and polished wheels, i think they could have been work equip 03 knock offs and on coilovers or lowering springs. i know that doesnt narrow it down a whole lot cos thats like every honda kids dream set up he was supposed to return them today at 12pm. i sent him texts, called him, left him voice mails and eventually he phone just went straight to voice mail. check on craigslist and he has my **** for sale. if any one knows where my equipment is or know how to get ahold of this guy please email or call or txt me at

ive been rolling fenders for awhile and have done tons of people cars and this is just retarded.

i really dont care if your buds with this guy or whatever. im not trying to start anything just want my tools back. fender rolling is my only source of income. its pretty fucked up what this guys doing.

how would i know the roller is mine? the red ***** on the handle are jb welded on and dont come off and the center hub section has been ground to fit on more cars. and the roller wheel is pretty cut up. i actually was gonna pick a new one up with week too.

pretty shitty when i just typed up and printed that day a statement of facts for my fender rolling service as well as a tool rental agreement which you put your cars license plate number as well as your dl number on. but i left them at them at the office to meet this guy at my house.

please feel free to repost this on there or any other forum you might be on.

 

next time well if there will be a next time and for everybody also when your going to rent out a tool, car, and anything to someone just kindly ask the person if you can take down their information aka Driver License # name and address and while your at it take down their License Plate # also this way they know they cant **** with you on trying to jack your ****. you cant just rely on the guy that they are going to bring it back and leave you with just a # to reach them. so next time do all that and you'll be on the safe side.

i know im trying. i found his ****** *** on honda tech. he doesnt realize how many peoples fenders ive done and how many people know me.i have people from temecula, costa mesa, la, escondido, south san diego, even people in ocean side and encinitas trying to set up a meeting.

my buddy casey contacted him last night and he admitted he still has it. and that he rented it, and did not return it.he said he didnt answer my calls or txts because his phone was in his car that was crashed, and had just got it out of his car however, he used his phone outside my house to call me to tell me he was here. and casey also suggest he give me a call or a txt since he now has his phone which hes had...but i have recieved nothing from him. casey also offered to meet up and pay him the 220 hes asking for MY STUFF and he just hung up

i guess the guy just kept lying out of his *** and blah blah blah.

the link to the add is at the very top of my first post. im not calling. he knows my number. and in the add it says to email him with ur number and hell call you cos he doesnt put his number on the add. this is where casey failed by just calling him. and he doesnt know i have any car, only the john deer tractor in our driveway and the '10 E class in the garage. which i wont be driving either.

 

Please continue to use your normal business practice of taking info etc. Do you have type of ID or recepit of purchase that the tools are yours? Call the non -emergency police tell them that man stole your property. Its sad that people are trying and do to take advantage of us hardwork people. They will have there share. They will reap what they sow. Don't get even. Get smart then even. I hope you get your tools back.

 

i do have a reciept for the roller and heatgun. and i already spoke with pd yesterday and they said to contact them if i can set up a meeting with the guy and they will gladly show up. but since i dont have his last name and only a cell number they cant track his address or anything.

 

here's what you do.
you have someone email the craigslist add
have that person agree to buy it and have that person schedule the meet up.
then you tell the police of the meet up ... or you also hide in the car and when he arrives you bury his *** under some asphalt.

 

I just emailed him as if I'm interested in the tool.

The lesson here is to get more identification from your renters. Honestly, I'd photocopy driver's licenses. IF the renter isn't ok with that then they should go somewhere else or pay an additional fee for you to do it.
