meet me on 190th and Figueroa at 7:30pm. Bring 400 bucks in rolled nickels......(the smog tech like slots). Wait till 8:06, and you'll see a guy pushing a shopping cart dressed like he is ready for snow. jump out and hand him the nickels and your VIN. Now show him your "RX7 FO LIFE" tat( dont worry it can be henna) and he will hand ya a passed smog cert. It is very HUSH HUSH, si dont look him in the eye.

 

yep. this seems to fairly regularly. and then people always seem torefer to one person. idk why that one person would put themself out there like that but w/e. its not me i dont really care.....pretty stupid if you ask me though
