2 red fc's in the ontario mills parking lot between 11pm and 12 am saturday night after the jgtc thing... whoever drives those cars might be a good place to start looking for answers.

If you report it stolen and the cops pull it over they will make those ***** get out at gun point since it's a felony stop.

The only thing I can recommend is to watch E-bay and the Recycler, and keep posting reward info. Hopefully someone who knows something about this theft will rat out the others for an easy grand. It's a thousand dollars and they would be doing the right thing. If their conscious doesn't convince them, maybe GREED will.

If the thieves are reading and have a change of heart, it's not too late to do the right thing (or, as right a thing as can be done at this point). Leave the car somewhere and give Dave an anonymous call. Don't just abandon it. The damned car will get stolen AGAIN.

Hey Dave, i was at Gazo's shop when you tuned his red FD... i dont know if you remember me but there is a rotary wrecking yard about 20 minutes away from where i live. also, my dad has a jeep wrecking yard with the hotline thing so tomorrow morning i will go to my Dad's place and call out for someone buying a black fc.... i dont know if we will find it but its worth a shot!

ill call you if anything comes up!

oh yea, i sould tell you that the hotline is connected to all wrecking yards in southern california..

i was playing the change that they'd be dumb enough to post up the stuff online... that's what the 37 haltech wanted threads are about...it was convenient because everyone knows we're gonna do a haltech in rez's car anyway.

but that didn't work, so i figure i'll blow it up now and attract as much attention as possible.

on a side note, i need to get a name and address from a license plate. anyone have a cop friend that might be willing to help me out?

The car is shown in the pic; it's the black FC with burgundy interior.


The car also has a bridegeport (brap-brap-brap) idle. If you see a car at a stop light like the one in the picture and it has an uneven idle there's a good chance it is Dave's car. Keep that in mind (brideport) if you ever come across an engine for sale.

Oh yeah - since it was stolen from the Ontaio Mills Mall parking lot there's a good chance that parking lot security cameras caught it. Check out places like Wal-Mart and other retail establishments and you'll see that a lot of them have cameras monitoring the parking lots.

If the thief is reading this it would be in his best interest to contact the owner anonomously and return the car and anything else that was inside or part of the car. There's a trail left and people are working on it so I think justice will be served in due time...someone is about to be Bubba's bitch in jail!

Did you notify the Ontario Police Department first thing? I'm sure they're too stupid to know what an RX-7 is anyway, but it's better than nothing if it just HAPPENS to have been a local piece of **** that doesn't even know what they were stealing.

But then with the whole meet planned it's probably someone that knew everyone would be meeting there. That is so depressing, and looks so bad for the community. An alarm just moved way up on my priority list.

I just realized I have pictures and VIDEO from the meetup. Were these two red FCs you're talking about there?

I watched it, if they're the cherry red FCs, then they WERE in the lineup exiting the parking lot day 1.... I have video of it, but it's in 320x240? I can't read license plates but I'll send you the file man, it might help! And your car is in there I think, it's not a very good shot of it though because of the quality of the video. =(

Let me know what you want to do, I'm on DSL so it'll take forever to send but I WILL even if it doesn't help! I ******* HATE people who steal ****, and I hope the cops DON'T find these pieces of **** before ONE OF US does and makes some news worthy damage to make people think twice before ******* with other people's prized property. God DAMN I'm pissed off now. Especially that it was probably someone IN the community. **** that's sick.

unfortunately, in this situation, COPS wont know ****. yes, they are good if the car is on the road but thats about it. Youre best source is the rotorheads in your immediate area.
