Yeah bro I used to race BMX when i was young then started getting into trouble build jumps on private land. Moved my way up to street and skate parks because I got tired of building and city tearing jumps down and racing got expensive.

I gave it all up a couple years ago got a bike here and there in between but didnt get back to it. Until i picked up my first mag of Mountain biking. I was like WTF why are these bikes $6000.00 !!!!! Then started watching youtube and got hooked.

I went with a friend on a cheap *** mongoose and was HOOKED. The specialized FMR you see i bought at a all time sUPER CRAZY LOW PRICE. I wouldnt even mention on the forums how much I paid for it. Rotary13b1 knows how much these puppies went for a couple years ago and they are still high in the market used as is.

Now would I go and buy a brand new year model bike FAWWWWWK NO!! I still cant justify spending that money n something I have to propel lol. So I will continue to mod mines and keep up/pass newer bikes because its the rider who makes the bike.
