lets see 1235 dollars for speeding 104 in a 55.. the one abandoned road that u can see miles down. lol i ran though and a few turns later im on the ground and my car is across the street. 4 popped tires and the front bumper came off. they were going the opposite way so they technically never caught up.......... because if they had they would have added evading an officer

that last one was crazy..lol.

Pulled over for a "speed contest" doing 70 in a 50..lol.
Impounded my FD, gave me a misdemeanor that never went to court.
Impound blew my motor up. Paid 1350 to pull it out of the impount after a 30day hold.. yep.

I was doin 86 in a 35 last night. Got a DUI and wreck less driving. Idk how much the ticket is gunna be. I only blew a 0.010% legal limit is 0.08% in California. So basically I'm screwed. Lesson learned.

I can understand the wreckless driving but I'm confused, IDK anyone personally with a DUI on record, but my Q, Do you still get a DUI even when you blew a .01 which is less than a .08? So you get one regardless of what yours is showing?

Under CA laws: V C Section 23152 Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or Drugs

No person may have ANY ALCOHOL CONTENT AT ALL when operating a vehicle. That means ZERO. Not even a .01

Again most people wouldn't know this law until its too late. .08 in CA is just the a number they throw out there saying its okay if your below .08, but I wouldn't take there word for it.

Clause A is where they get cha!

The most expensive ticket with my FD was a modified exhaust which equal out to 188 bucks.

Sorry to say that one is gonna hurt. They might throw a 12 month license suspension at you and a few days in jail. Plus the usual carnage. At least you didn't have a bag of coke and a dead body in the trunk.

Gotta say, the choice of handle you have here makes it hard to argue you'd consider sober driving to be important...
