Sorry about that! I have one manager telling me one thing and one saying the other!

This is the fact
Meeting is still on, BBQ and all, but do to limited spaces we can't move the cars from the front line...

It shall continue! We just need to find a new dealer.
I am in the process of trying to get one hosted in Alhambra Mazda.
The lot is way smaller but I can still try

Also I took at least 150 photos at this meet. I'll post it up as soon as I can. With that many photos, at least 1 gotta come out good. Lol
Probably some time during the week days

Awesome meet though. A little of everything, old school rotary to race cars to new school ZOOM ZOOM.

"Hozzman" actually.

And yeah, he really tried to talk to the manager but he doesn't seem to get it.
He doesn't seem to understand that this is like advertisement for the dealership.
Additionally, we buy parts from them... I know a couple guys that bought parts today (including myself).

Tsk tsk no Mazda Spirit.

Either way, since we have Mazda Spirit, we will make it work

Pictures will be up later in the week to come.

I wonder if the Mazda Corporate Headquarters in Irvine would have more "Mazda Spirit". Definitely a big lot!

We should have it at a park. Bring family along, bring your own food, hang out and have a good time

This actually sounds like a great idea for the people with families. I know my wife and kids would like that.

Yea, most people's lives are so busy these days that they don't even have time to go to a nice picnic with their family. This way, we get to have a picnic with our families as well as with our rx7club family

Lightbulb

I read that one of the first three 7Stocks were at Frank Bonelli Regional Park which is near Raging Waters Park. That is in the same general area so how about there?

Cool. I had just read about that on the sevenstock.org web site. Being a newbie extra fun if that might happen.

End of the year meet

Ok guys and girls. As most know, Puente Hills Mazda had a change in management where the new General Manager doesn’t see the merits of sponsoring this monthly meet.

So to end the year what we’ll do have the December meet one week earlier (so not so close to Christmas) and return to the SevenStock 3 roots at Frank Bonelli Park in San Dimas for this year ender. http://www.bonellipark.org/

Bonus is the SoCalVQ guys are organizing a GMR (Glendora Mountain Run) we can join in on afterward. Glendora Mountain Road | Twistypedia

So here’s the plan for December:

Meet Time: 9AM to 11AM.

GMR: Depart to join up with the ScCalVQ folks for the cruise right after 11AM.

Where: Sailboat Cove of Frank Bonelli Park (see map)

Directions: Take the 57 Freeway North past the 10 Freeway. Take the Vie Verde off ramp and turn left at the intersection. After a short distance turn left at Lakeside Road otherwise known as Raging Waters Drive. Turn left. Then make another left following the signs to Raging Waters. When you get to a 15 MPH sign, turn right but bear left into the parking lot. Parking is free, and this lot is little used so should be plenty of capacity everyone

I am assuming it will be on December 14, right? Also, I would love to be a part of these gatherings but I work on Saturdays. I am not sure if there are other people on the forum that are in my situation but since we are not doing the meets at the dealership anymore, can we be more flexible on the day we do the meets? Can we do some meets on Sundays sometimes?

Bad choice in their part - the wife is due for a new car in the next year, and I was planning on taking her there to shop.

No reason to, now.

Count that as one potential sale lost.

It was partly due to the fact that Old Seniors like yourself would bring their whole families in their Hondas and come for the free burgers/hot dogs... and then swipe free sodas for their home fridges!!

Hello everyone!
Sorry the photos took so long to upload. I've been pretty caught up with life's duties.
None the less, here they are. I cut a lot of photos. I only have 81 from this last meet.
Some of the photos aren't the best of quality but this is what you get!
Feel free to save them if you want to, use them however you'd like to!.

P.S.
If you are looking for a specific picture that isn't on my photobucket, let me know because i only uploaded some of them!

If you didn't upload them, how would we know to ask for them?

If you don't see a specific picture you can ask me if I took a picture of that car.
I sorted out some pictures and might not have uploaded a certain car or two.
So let me know if you went to the meet and you don't see your car here
