Any of you guys know of any good mma schools in san diego. Preferably one that teaches brazilian jiu-jitsu? Any websites for info as well? Thanks guys.

 

theres a few in sd you should look up city boxing or you can look at mma.tv for a list of schools in your area if you were down this way i could hook you up i am a pro fighter myself i train with herb Dean the ref for the UFC Quinton Rampage Jackson pride superstar the man who whooped Chuck Liddel's *** Antonio mckee Jason Mayhem Miller and a few others.......So you a rotor head thats cool a got a Rx3 look me up on myspace www.myspace.com/savantyoung you might want to check out a fight.....

 

You can come to drugblock's school of martial arts. They teach dirty fighting tactics and weapons of opportunity. You can also train in losing the local law enforcement, and if you're good enough they will select you for losing the feds heat.

 

****...mental note: don't mess w/ savant! Do you as afight in the welterweight or middleweight? I've got a huge amount of respect for you and anyone else who'll step in the cage. And yeah, I've checked out other sites people have giving me like boxingclub.net and a few other local ones here. You know of a san diego school in particular that you recommend?

And drugblock12a, I kinda like law enforcement so...lol But the use of weapons due intice me, lol.

 

I've trained with Roy Harris around 13-14 years ago, back when there were no MMA places, before the 1st UFC. http://www.royharris.com (the site does work). He was one the first to bring Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to San Diego. A former law enforcement officer himself, he now instructs various agencies from local to federal. Roy is probably one of the most well rounded martial arts instructors in San Diego and does seminars all around the world. I feel very fortunate to have trained with him. I'm very much out of the game now though.

there are several Brazilian Jiu-jutsu places: Gracie Barra in Del Mar, the Neto Academy, Rodrigo Medeiros in PB and Fabio Santos on Mission Gorge.

 

I fight as a lightweight now i was fighting as a welterweight but lightweight is better for me....I have heard good things about Roy Harris and City Boxing i will get somemore info and shoot it to you....

 

SAVANT thats awesome man, not only you're a NHB fighter.. you're an RX-3 owner! Did you take it to Rick & Ronnies during last years Old Skool Day?

 

I have not took it to Rickys and Ronnies yet i would have been at the last but it was my daughters B day i will most likley be at the next event BTW are there any pics fron the summer kick off?
