Ok so I am planning a meet near modesto. Just curious as to who would want to come to a meet down here. If you want to come go ahead and post a reply. I don't have much planned out yet because I dont know how much interest there would be in a meet near here. If I can get 10 people for sure to come down then I'll begin planning more.

So if you want to come to a meet in or near Modesto then post in here. All I can say is its going to be a weekend and sometime in Febuary. No location yet but one will be found once I know I can get people to come down.

Mutaku, you wouldn't be willing to drive up to Sac or Elk Grove for the NorCal7 meet in Feb? I'm sure that there will be a pretty good turnout. Not as big as this past weekend, but still a good meet.

Oh I will be going to that, but this is mostly just to see if we can get a meet down here for people who cant get up there. Just something different you know what I mean. Also gonna see what places to drive i can find down here. Someone is bound to have some pavement that they would let us use down here =)

Dont worry though, Imma hit the NorCal 7 meet in Feb. My only prob is my clutch and a slight leak of oil somewhere (Not really noticeable unless u look at the drop or two of oil in the morning.) but ya just gotta bleed the thing =P

Where would be a good place to meet in mo-town. Maybe we could meet at byer park they have a decent sized parking lot and a large park the the modesto skate park is at the front end of the area so its easy to find.

I dont know, just my 2 cents.

I don't know if we'll make it down to the Modesto meet since we are spending most all of our spare time rebuilding the engine for Berry's FD. Sorry about that guys. You'll see us down in your area all summer thanks to the AutoX's though.

i have mostly wed's and thur's off which sucks, but if it happens to fall on either of those days or if you decide on a date early i may beable to get it off, keep me informed, i dont get to go to alot of meets, that needs to change, lol

 

I think we should meet on the 19th. Let the far north people have there meet and we can have ours. Because theres no way Im driving my Fd all the way to RPM. Been there before. And every one in norcal knows that that place is famous for cars geting jacked and broken into in the parking lot. Think about it you are inside. There are no windows. And they dress you all out in a race suit and every thing. Once you go in they have lots of time alone with your car. I go there, but in my 99 explorer.

 

Just playing about the day though as there are several people that want to go to both.
But I wasnt playing about RPM.

 

rx7what, you worry too much. I haven't heard any stories of that happening. But if you don't want to come then that is your choice.

A large import club I am in was going to have a cruise and meet there one month. But the week before our meet, 2 cars were stolen within one week from the parking lot. So we had our meet some were else. Just thought I would let you guys know to keep an eye on your stuff.

And I am one of those guys that likes to sit by the window to make sure no one is screwing with my car. So yeah maybe I worry to much, but better safe than sorry I say.
