I posted in an old thread about Hawaii. I am looking for a mechanic in Hawaii interested in doing an engine swap in my FD. It has blown coolant seals so I want to buy an engine and need someone familiar with these cars to do the swap. At the same time I want to replace all hoses (vacuum and coolant) as well as all external componenets (Alternator, starter, etc) and fix my A/c. Does anyone know of a shop or individual on Oahu who can do this kind of work and who knows what they are doing?
An alternative is to ship the car to Ca and have it done there. Any takers in Cali.??

Well if you willing to pay a shop to do it you could try Munky Wurks or Sonics.
