maybe their computer lists them by the total amount needed for the car and not individual?

what are the recommended ngks for a jspec tII s5 motor? same as NA?
you guys run coppers right?

or the price of them went up because of the copper?

I got the same quote from Autozone and Kragen. Over 14 bucks a plug. I went to napa and just got a set of cheap autolites for now. They cost me 5 bucks each.

Are you sure they're not giving you the price for platinums? a quick trip to kragen.com shows the regular plugs are $6, and the platinums are $13. Sales strategy at a parts place (and something we were taught to do at Best Buy) is to offer the more expensive option, and only tell about the cheaper one if you are going to lose the sale.

the only real difference between the leading and trailing plugs is that two are platinum and two are not. i run all 9's in my motor..screw the 7's. i even know the plug part number by heart.

I got quoted on what :AA: said 7EQ and 9EQ so weird that we're all getting different prices. I guess the dealer would be the best way to go but it's so much more convenient to try Autozone since I have on the corner of my street

Also, check those mom and pop stores. They sell plugs for generally cheaper because they have older stock w/ the older pricing.
