My buddy Ferdie and Ken were both going to Mazfest so I thought I'd keep them company. I'm obviously not a rotary owner, so I had to sneak in.

Here are some of my favorite photos from the show:

RX...2? I'm not very good with older cars so forgive me if I didn't get that one right. Beautiful car nonetheless!

Carbon fiber everything on this RX-8. A mix of Carbon creations and Seibon I believe.


Not a Mazda - but sounded very mean in the straightaways!


Also not a Mazda. Very unique track car with the heart of a Honda(k20 block)!

If you are running Falken 615s, try Hawk HP+ pads. Thats what I run and have had no fade at all, at any track I have been to. I picked up the full set for the car for around $130.

You don't need race pads until you get R compound tires.

 

That lineup is sweet... needs a first-gen or two for seasoning, though.

 

Too bad most of the first gens left though =P( or all of them )

True words, as long as you're not making more than 300whp and carrying a whole lot of speed. I didn't know you were on HPS man, those pads are never meant for the track, no wonder they sucked so bad! Get HP+ all around and you'll be set.
