I noticed on the site that you've got an '88 registered...this the same '88 that's getting the 3 rotor? If you are bringing that, its gonna be insane...I'll be sure to give you lots of room if we end up on the track at the same time...you're gonna be sliding REDNECK style around the turns LOL...

EDIT: Just checked the driver's list, and looks like they relabeled your car "Turbo II"...dude I can't wait to see that thing in action...

How slow is the slow group going to be? Considering tracking REPU but don't want to be mobile chicane.

Most likely they'll run Configuration #13 clock wise. This is a safe configuration and easy to learn.

No. It's the 90 TII.

Will the skidpad be open for some donut training?

REPU Registered for track time. Should be a hoot! Now I need to slam it and get a rear swaybar on there.....

If the 7 is fixed by then I'll bring that instead.

Cool, although #14 is fun too, hehe.....

I just hope they run it CW, I HATE the entrance into the esses going CCW.

I just got the 215 stock clutch kit so I could put on the AL flywheel just want to get it lathed first b4 putting it on. It would be perfect for this event. But as always its the $$$ thats a problem for me. >sigh< again.

Speedventures has a Buttonwillow open track day on the Friday before MazFest. So if you want to do a little tuning and practice or make it a two day track day you can sign up with them at http://www.speedventures.net

I think I'll probably do both days.

No... I think you are thinking of REV-IT-UP. There will be ride-alongs in a few Mazda (MazdaSpeed-6) vehicles and racers, and new car displays, but no Mazda factory test drives.

DRIVERS LIST

The track spots, for all intensive purposes, is SOLD OUT... there 65+ folks signed up and about another 25+ on the WAIT list... if you want to do the track day, in a RX or Miata, you will be put on the WAIT list. Sorry about that... but we had to spread the Mazda love!

The show, dyno, etc... is still set though! Please come out and enjoy the rides, vendors and all other activities!
