Mazda has once again officially invited the So-Cal RX Club to it's annual Mazda Master-Tech competition event. Trophies and prizes to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Bonus: Lunch to all "car show" participants
All are welcome but you must be on my list for a shot at placing in the show, prizes and lunch.

Come out and watch Mazda's finest Techs from around the country compete on the latest Mazda engines and parts.

For those that would like to caravan, we'll be meeting at the Griffith Park/L.A. Zoo parking lot "C" at 7:00 am. Depart at 7:15am and arrive at Mazda R&D at 8:00am.

Yeah you have to be a dealer technician with mazda master tech certification. You have to qualify first with a written test, and if your score high enough, compete against the top 10 in your district in a regional competition. The top two winners from each region get invited to the national master tech competition.

ahhh too bad... The local dealer's master tech calls me for tech support when he gets stumped...

Too bad it's not a rotary competition. I doubt they would even include the Renesis. If anyone finds out it does include rotary and can find out the top techs, please post!
