well i called him and told him. he said it was his fault and he should have checked the engine, he didnt check it because he drove it 3 days befor he pulled the engine, not knowing the guy drove it and blew it with in the 3 days.

why would he have paid 200$ to ship a bad engine to me.

i guess you didnt really read the thread to much. i got my engine , updated this post. then checked the engine the next day and it was blown. so i came here after i tried to get ahold of him and i wanted to know his adress incase he would bail out on my calls . cuz i'll be in cali for seven stock. whats so wrong about that?

i worked soemthing out with him. i'm selling my convertible, i'm doing a rebuild. simple as that.
a blown engine IS better then nothing. because now i can start from a freash new engine and seals.
and no i am not asking for my fd engine back. thats not really fair. its his. i got an engine. he has fd parts.
beggers cant be choosers. but if some one says they will do something. they better get it done with.

Why would you need to work something out with him? He tried to pull something and got caught. Now you have to sell your vert to make up for him sending you junk? That is total BS. this guy sold a noob on these boards a supposedly 'new in box' wiring harness. when i saw the harness, alot of the connectors were cut off. What did Bijan do? Gave the noob the run around. I had to send him lucky7 to get his harness patched up.
