ok well he owes me a TII engine because i gave him an fd engine in full. its been 7 months and he's been giving me the run around. now wont even answer my calls or mail

as of last week it was "Sent out"
but he wont give me a tracking or anything.
he dropped it off at dominion frieght a few weeks ago but the company accidently damaged the creat. and needed his signature to be able to send it out in its current condition. at least thats what he told me. so after it was damaged and he went down and signed for it. its sent out.

but like i said. he wont answer my calls or myspace messages though i know his phone works and he is signing on myspace and reading my mail

so if any one knows where he is. or his adress. or his last name. i'd like that information.
i know WHERE he lives. been there. but dont have his adress or last name. and i need those things right now.

If you found a way to contact him, do you think you'd be able to get your motor? AFAIK, he doesn't post in the West Region. I hope things work out for you, but dishonest ******** tend to get away with ripping people off for a long time.

I tried searching left and right because he was posting that RHD car for sale on craigslist with a contact number in Los Angeles. But its gone now.

I'm sorry it sucks that when he post that car for sale in the West Classifieds, you defended him while the rest of us (including myself) were flaming and shitting on his car. It truly was a piece of **** and so is he.

 

I don't know if is the same person. If his name is Bijan, I think he is working for Mazda delearship.

story
back in october when i was in cali for seven stock, spinningrotars gave me an fd engine that was blown. we transported it to bijans, he was going to inspect it for me and take care of it for me. january comes around and he wants to trade my dead fd engine for a running tii engine, he could aford to replace parts and get the fd engine started, i couldnt. i just wanted a swap. so i agreed. it took him a long time for him to finaly get the tii engine from his friend, he couldnt get ahold of that person. also it was around the time guitar junkie passed away so he was dealing with that funeral and one other one at the time. after he finaly got the engine it took him a while to creat it and get it to dominion freight. there it sat one week waiting for him to pay for it, when he did. they didnt want to ship it because of a small oil saturation spot on the creat. he had to take it home and re-creat it for me. he got it back out. it was paid for. and dominion dammaged the creat and waited for him to come and sign for it. his phone wasnt working so he was not in reach with dominion. so they let it sit for a while.
finaly he signed for it but they still wouldnt ship it out.
aparently the manager at the hub clamed it was not with in restrictions to ship it out. it would have to be in a creat not a pallet. enclosed. so they deliverd it back to bijan yesterday. from there bijan took it to central freight. they properly wrapped it and strapped it down. and now its out with a tracking number.

long story short



its not entirely bijans fault. he can drag his feet sometimes but who doesnt. he deals with how many things?
all in all this is a free engine to me.

the engine was blown, rear apex seals are all chipped or not even there. you can see the seal lodged in the face , just threw the spark plug hole you can see all this. rear is blown.
whats this guyz adress.
