Talking Local rx7 shops / mechanics

Hello everyone;
So quick background. I have a 1984 rx7 gs 12A stock engine.
I didn't know what to do to it so i thought hell ill swap in a 13B. I have been debating it much and found 2 13B's for a good price. But i don;t know if thats the route i want to go. I know i will cost at least $1500 before my car with 13B is ready to drive. I dont have that kind of money or time (full student/ worker = need daily car). I can spare a week or 2 but not any longer.

So i have been looking aorund for shops to do street ports and what not. I have only found 3 in all of the southbay and the lowest estimate for a street port was $2,800! Is that the damn average price for a streetport or what? or am i being jipped cuz there aren't a whole lot of rx7 mechanics?

So after the 10 minute speech, does anyone know of a relatively cheap/ trustworthy 1st gen. rx7 mechanic/ shop?

or is anyone here willing to do a street port for cheap?
