Leaking Oil..Options?

I just started seeing small oil marks on my driveway. What is the best way to find where the leak is from. Any suggestions?

Steps
1- Get under your car
2- Wipe down all oil and grease with gereaser or solvent.
3- inspect main oil holding components, oil pan, transmission oil pan ,front and rear engine meet points, differential.
4- If you still cant find the leaks this is another alternative and works. Get baby powder and put all under your car. It will be easier to pin point where its coming from.

NOTE- 99% its the oil pan, oil cooler lines, tranny seals, differential axles.

follow the oil uphill, it like other substances flown down hill. try letting car run in a fresh spot. then look

3. One will hopefully fix the leak

The aluminum AN fittings do wear out after repeated R&I where the hose end meets whatever it threads into (AN adapter to metric in our case)and the hose itself has a rubber liner which does deteriorate. The braid does chafe. Not bulletproof but I see your point.

The Goodrich brand of AN fittings is lower quality, cheaper and Made in CHINA! and I had to replace a set last year due to fitting wear. Would not hold a seal 100%. Since the individual fillings are each less than $50.00 they don't have to stamp Made by the Cheapest Method Possible Using Substandard Materials, as Quickly as Possible Without proper Quality Assurance. aka CHINA!

The real deal Earl's last much longer, now I know!
